How it works.

A monobloc keeps the compressor inside the room. Two small louvres through the wall move air in and out and there's a small waste water outlet.

    We survey the room and the outside face.
    Photos are usually enough. We confirm wall thickness, outside appearance and where the socket lives.

    Two 160 mm cores through the wall.
    Diamond core, dust extracted, no facade damage.

    Unit fits over the cores.
    Sealed collars inside and out. Trim rings match brick, render or timber. Louvres discreet; nothing above ground-floor view.

    Test, commission, hand over.
    You leave with a heat-and-cool unit that runs on the normal 13 A socket. Notice, warranty and F-gas statement too.
