How it works.
A monobloc keeps the compressor inside the room. Two small louvres through the wall move air in and out and there's a small waste water outlet.
- 1We survey the room and the outside face.Photos are usually enough. We confirm wall thickness, outside appearance and where the socket lives.
- 2Two 160 mm cores through the wall.Diamond core, dust extracted, no facade damage.
- 3Unit fits over the cores.Sealed collars inside and out. Trim rings match brick, render or timber. Louvres discreet; nothing above ground-floor view.
- 4Test, commission, hand over. You leave with a heat-and-cool unit that runs on the normal 13 A socket. Notice, warranty and F-gas statement too.

That's it. That's the whole outside.
